About the Opportunity
iTero Customer Success Specialist combines iTero Technical Support and Customer Support Representative roles. The position is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to internal customers—Sales and Marketing teams—and external customers—iTero Scanner users, including doctors and their staff. The role manages technical issues for the iTero family of products, software, and services while also handling customer service responsibilities.
