Responsibilities
- Lead or manage end-to-end core banking system implementation or replacement projects within banking environments.
- Oversee project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with core banking vendors and platforms such as Temenos Transact, Oracle Flexcube, Infosys Finacle, Silverlake SIBS, or similar systems.
- Manage integration across core banking, channels, and downstream systems.
- Establish and manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear escalation and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders.
