Job Description

 A well-known Global ICT leader which delivers solutions and services to the MNC, is now looking for a ITO Architect to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a service proposal for the ITO opportunities which will cover Service Desk, Server Management, Data Center Management, Problem and Change Management and Transition
  • Understand client’s requirement and work with solution internal delivery teams and/or third parties services providers to meet client’s requirement
  • Determine the cost model and resource plan to deliver the solution
  • Prepare the proposal, statement of work, RFP response, and contract 
  • Lead the team to develop the delivery and operating model and transition plan
  • Take lead to negotiate with client on service scope, service level agreement and deliverable
