What do I need?
- Experience designing, installing and supporting IT service desk workflows and systems ideally with technologies like - Service Now, Freshworks, ManageEngine, BMC Helix, Cherwell or similar
- Core knowledge on infrastructure tools like - Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, SQL Server or PKI and Certificate Management
- Experience working in ITSM/ITIL environment - Certifications are highly desirable
- Experience working with on - prem, hybrid cloud and cloud native environments
