Jasper AB Lodging Maintenance Foreperson
The maintenance foreperson plays a key leadership role within the Jasper Lodging maintenance team, responsible for the performance, maintenance, and reliability of all mechanical, HVAC, gas, and building envelope systems across multiple resort hotel properties and guest attractions. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the maintenance foreperson will oversee critical infrastructure systems, supports capital projects, and lead the maintenance operations to ensure all facilities are safe, efficient, and maintained to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be a Red Seal HVAC Technician with a Class A Gasfitter license (we are open to any other RED SEAL tickets), demonstrating deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate across complex, multi-property environments.
