Job Summary
Jazz Business Consultant – FTTx will offer advice and expertise to Telecom and Internet Service providers to help them improve their business and leverage Jazz’s FTTH portfolio. The consultant will build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction, while reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business and sell or create solutions that best meet their needs.
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities for FTTH services, expanding the company's market reach.
- Generate leads through various channels (customer visits, referrals, online inquiries) and qualify them based on their potential.
