Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Finance
The role is responsible for managing high-volume payout operations, Accounts Payable activities, bank reconciliations, consultant payouts, payment validations, and exception management. The incumbent will work closely with Accounts Receivable, Operations, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining financial controls and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Payout Management
- Manage end-to-end employee and consultant payout processing.
- Process salary payouts, reimbursements, F&F settlements, gratuity, leave encashments, salary advances, and other employee-related payments.
- Handle high-volume payment transactions and payout batches.
- Validate payment files and ensure timely completion of payout cycles.
