5. Salary base for manager and detailed job description: salary + commission

-fluent level of English as he/she will communicate with HQ on a daily basis
-Individual with similar previous experience within the fashion industry and with an exceptional track record of managing a large team and unit
-Passion for retail, sales focussed and a very strong operator are a must
