Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all jetty and terminal throughput activities in accordance with the Operations Manual.
- Ensure all activities meet international safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly between the company and joint venture (SPC) partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), DENR, and LGUs.
- Manage contractual obligations, including the Foreshore Lease Agreement (FLA) and Permit to Operate (PTO).
- Oversee all environmental, health, safety, and security (HSSE) audits and inspections.
- Oversee the Major Operational Expenditure (OPEX) budget, adhering to the 60%-40% cost-sharing structure.
- Propose and justify Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for jetty upgrades and improvements.
