Requirement

Education: Master‘s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources

Experience: 06-10 years


Job Description

  1. Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners
  2. Carry out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers and supervisors
  3. Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring
  4. Manage trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber, engineers
  5. Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters
  6. Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content
  7. Plan and execute buddy ride with newly hired master supervisors
  8. Ensure handholding of master supervisors for first 30 days
