Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Jira Admin for their Foster City, CA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Jira & Tooling Support:
- Serve as a primary support for the Autonomy team’s Jira and Confluence environments.
- Assist technical teams with the configuration of Jira projects, optimizing and defining new workflows, custom fields, screen schemes, and permission schemes.
- Automate and integrate Jira with developer tools.
- Champion and provide guidance on best practices for Jira hygiene and usage across all engineering teams.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues related to Jira and the associated tool.
- Assist engineering teams in Jira adoption.
