Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Experience administering/customizing Jira and Confluence (Cloud or Data Center), including workflow and permission design.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management (portals, SLAs, automation, and knowledge base integrations).
- Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, Power Query, DAX, visualization best practices) and experience building operational dashboards.
- Experience integrating Atlassian data via REST APIs, marketplace apps, or exports; familiarity with basic scripting/automation is a plus.
- Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity (documentation, analysis, insights) with awareness of Responsible AI and data security.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
