Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Jira Software (Scrum and Kanban projects), including workflows, boards, issue types, schemes, and permissions
- Design and manage Jira Service Management environments, including request types, portals, SLAs, queues, customer permissions, and knowledge base integrations
- Implement and maintain advanced automation using Automation for Jira to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Develop and maintain custom scripts using Groovy (ScriptRunner) for advanced use cases, including listeners, scripted fields, workflow conditions, and validators
- Administer and optimize Tempo Timesheets , including time tracking configuration, reporting, accounts, and integration with Jira workflows
- Manage and configure custom fields, screens, field configurations, and screen schemes to ensure consistency and usability across projects
