Position Summary
The JIRA Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the organisation’s Atlassian suite, including JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and associated marketplace applications. This role serves as the primary administrator for third-party software systems across multiple departments and ensures workflow accuracy, documentation integrity, and system reliability.
This role directly inherits JIRA administration responsibilities and is critical to the organization’s day-to-day operational continuity across IT, HR, ASD, Transportation, Facilities, and other departments as developed.
