Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented speaking Junior Debtors & Creditors Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to work for a stable company and grow in the financial field. The successful candidate should also be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile debtor and creditor accounts
Follow up on outstanding accounts and collections
Prepare statements and reports
Assist with month-end procedures
Maintain accurate financial records and filing
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding queries
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
1-2 years experience in working with Debtors and Creditors
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Pastel knowledge will be an advantage
