Key Responsibilities
- Terminal Operations
- Supervise daily receipt, storage, blending and dispatch of petroleum products.
- Coordinate vessel, pipeline, tank truck and rail loading/unloading operations.
- Ensure proper line‑up of tanks, pumps, pipelines and manifolds.
- Monitor tank inventories and product quality to maintain stock integrity.
- Optimize terminal utilization and operational efficiency.
- Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)
- Enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit‑to‑Work systems.
- Coordinate emergency response and firefighting preparedness.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and recommend corrective actions.
