Position : Junior commercial Assistant
Vacancy for the post :1 on our company payroll
Duties and responsibilities
Drafting of Letter / Purchase orders
Raising enquiries to suppliers and obtaining quotes
Reviewing and negotiating with suppliers on the offers received
Preparing commercial offer and contracts
Sending enquires to hotels for bookings and air bookings online
All admin related jobs.
Reviewing and inspecting the contracts and orders
Preparing MIS report
Qualification :
Computer knowledge : Excellent on excels / power point / word
Communication skills : good communications written and spoken skills in English
Good Computer knowledge and minimum typing speed of 30 wpm in English
