Develop and execute procurement strategies for fresh fruits, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability of supply.Global Sourcing: Utilize hands-on experience in global sourcing to identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers worldwide.Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize value and mitigate risks.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain stringent quality standards for fresh fruits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
