Job responsibilities
Securing & enforcing legal rights to ownership of trademarks, patents, trade secrets, copyrights, inventions, etc
Establishing & protecting intellectual capital
Desired candidate profile:
LLB + LLM (Intellectual Property)
3-4 years experience as an in-house lawyer or as a counsel in a law firm specializing in the area of intellectual Property rights
