Evaluator - Your future role
Due to increasing Fine Fragrances business activity and to further build upon our continued success in the region we are recruiting for an Evaluator. You will be based in our Regional Creative Centre in Dubai and report to the Senior Evaluator. You will provide fragrance winners to Sales by managing briefs evaluating and selecting successful fragrances for our clients while developing relationships with internal teams.
Responsibilities Projects- Manage internal resources according to project priority by immediate superior
- Set up action plans and timetables for each brief
- Set general fragrance directions, organise evaluation sessions, evaluate candidates and provide feedback to perfumers
- Coordinate with other departments for specific brief needs. Ensure feedback to the sales teams.
- Motivate and stimulate perfumers to achieve optimum creation
