Junior Evaluator – Fine Fragrances Development
Location: Regional Creative Centre, Dubai.
You will provide fragrance winners to Sales by managing briefs, evaluating and selecting successful fragrances for our clients, while developing relationships with our teams.
Projects
- Manage internal resources according to the project priority by the immediate superior.
- Set up action plans and timetables for each brief.
- Set general fragrance directions, organise evaluation sessions, evaluate candidates and provide feedback to perfumers.
- Coordinate with other departments for specific brief needs.
- Ensure feedback to the sales teams.
Creation
- Motivate and stimulate perfumers to achieve optimum creation.
- Create confidence and inspiration.
- Investigate potentially promising olfactive routes with perfumers.
- Help elaborate on the Library (Colibri).
