Job Description
Room Attendant: Providing high standards of room and public area cleaning along with providing exceptional services to the guests. - Ensuring preparation for VIP arrivals of to be aware of VIP arrivals & arranging special amenities - Ensuring high level of hotel foyer and entrance presentation is maintained at all times. - Ensuring the rooms are cleaned as per the established Hotel guidelines and procedures - Communicating guest special request to the appropriate department(s) and following up to make certain the request has been fulfilled in accordance with the guests wishes.
Requirements Skills and Experience : - A good knowledge of Housekeeping systems and procedures - Being able to work as part of team delivering high standards of service - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant Benefits Good Salary Relocation Support
