Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor the health status of neonates, including vital signs, feeding patterns, and developmental progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide support and education to parents and families regarding their infant’s care and development.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
