Responsibilities Support P&C projects and provide admin assistance Manage meetings and diary for the People Director Handle procurement and supplier contract processes Book travel and process expense claims Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and team minutes Coordinate paperwork for international mobility cases Update organograms and assist with job audits quarterly Participate in events, wellness days, and year-end functions Act as Secretary for the Employment Equity Committee Qualifications Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 0–1 year of experience in HR or Admin (advantageous) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work i...
