Product Development Graduate Intern (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
PEP is offering a 12-month Product Development Graduate Internship for graduates interested in product innovation and FMCG product development. The intern will support the end-to-end lifecycle of private‑label consumer goods, including personal care, food products, baby products, and cleaning products. This opportunity provides exposure to product conceptualization, formulation, packaging, market analysis, and product launch processes while working closely with the New Product Development (NPD) Manager.
