Professional Roles Train, coach and assess students and employees with special needs on-site to meet industrial standards and requirements of the nursing homes incorporating Work-readiness Skills and Work Habits - hard and soft skills. Support students and employees in integrating in workplace environment, including managing relationships with co-workers and supervisors Facilitate and support the implementation, review of the vocational education curriculum to enable students and employees with special needs to achieve competencies in both hard and soft skills. Preparing documents, reports and other communication materials, where necessary, for the purpose of communicating information to parents, documenting site observations or incidence reporting Monitor students and employees with special needs' performance using CATs (Continuous Assessment Tools) and SWPs (Standard Work Performance) Provide on-site training/supervision as and when needed.
