Detail:Stay up to date with all training courses and services offered by the business
Maintain awareness of industry developments, including SETA, SAQA, and B-BBEE regulations
Identify and research prospective clients through online platforms, databases, and market research
Conduct cold calling, telephone canvassing, and outbound prospecting activities
Schedule appointments and meetings with Training Managers, Financial Executives, HR Managers, and B-BBEE consultants
Secure a minimum of 20 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and progress reports
Escalate client queries, concerns, or incidents to management when required
Attend branch sales and marketing meetings
