Detail:
Contact inbound and outbound leads to assess interest and fit.
Ask qualifying questions to determine suitability.
Capture lead information accurately in the CRM. Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups
Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales team.
Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships as needed.
Ensure smooth transition of leads to the appropriate sales representative. CRM & Lead Tracking
Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all interactions.
Provide insights on lead quality and patterns to sales and marketing.
Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
