Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Safety Manager oversees the entire Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) implementation for the floating solar project, including launching decks, on-water operations, lifting activities, electrical works, and marine safety.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Obtained at least Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or Engineering or Industrial Safety.
- SHO Green Book (mandatory).
- NIOSH certification preferred.
- CIDB Green Card mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years in construction HSE and in solar projects, marine works, high-risk industrial construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and enforce site HSE Plan.
- Ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB and DOE regulations.
