1. New Business Identification, Briefing, Pitch and Acquisition.
2. Agency Revenue Projection and Mapping
3. Optimization of resource utilization across businesses.
4. Identifying strategic partnerships across Paid Media, Earned Media and Production
5. Up-selling of services to existing client roster
6. Financial and contractual structuring, Negotiation and Management
7. Creating interest and awareness about certification, educational program by participating in the various PR activities.
8. Participating in the various promotional exhibitions
9. Development and implementation of marketing strategies
10. Coordinating with the clients to meet their requirements
