JOB DETAILS
To monitor & execute proper implementation of defined training procedure at site (Training Concept at USV) on electronic learning management platform (eLMS)
To execute all training activities which include execution, coordination & implementation of planned & unplanned training activities at site.
To perform trainee and trainer effectiveness check
To prepare & maintain role curriculum for all departments & their roles.
To ensure completion of role based trainings for new employees before start up job activities.
To complete TNID (Training need identification process) process at site on Yearly basis.
To prepare & execute annual training plan at site which includes mandatory, technical, EHS & HR trainings at site on Yearly basis.
To maintain centralize training data base for site (manual or electronic)
To prepare monthly MIS and quarterly presentation on training compliance.
