Joiner Apprenticeship

Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert, FK5 4EB

Full time – hours per week,

Main Purpose:


The Level 3 Craft Carpentry & Joinery apprenticeship consist of the following mandatory duties which will be studied two days a week attending Forth Valley College, Stirling Campus for two years.

  • Conform to General Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare

  • Confirm Work Activities and Resources for the Work

  • Develop and Maintain Good Working Relationships

  • Confirm the Occupational Method of Work

  • Construction Crafts: Associated Subjects

  • Appreciation of Access Platforms and Equipment

  • Woodworking Power Tool Skills

  • Carpentry and Joinery: Install Domestic Fitments

  • Carpentry and Joinery: Domestic Straight Flight Stairs

  • Carpentry and Joinery: Door Construction

  • Carpentry and Joinery: First Fixing
