EQUANS are looking for a Joiner working on our Newcastle Schools contract in Newcastle. This role would be a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
Assist the operational team in the day to day maintenance of six busy schools.
Ensures that all joinery-related maintenance, repairs, and minor works across the six school sites are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
To attend reactive calls on CAFM (Maximo) system and make sure Reactive and PPM jobs are closed out in a timely manner.
Collaborate and co-operate with the partners and colleagues to deliver a customer focussed service.
Any other duties as required responding to the operational needs of the schools.
