The Joinery Factory Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient workflow in the joinery factory. The role involves optimizing resources, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop detailed production schedules based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, for optimal production efficiency.
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedules to meet project timelines.
Material & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials (wood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware, etc.).
