So, what do we need from you?
- A journalism qualification, preferably with at least one year of experience (broadcasting experience a plus)
- The ability to write succinct, clean tight copy
- Be a news junkie with a sound general knowledge
- A good broadcasting voice and ability to think on your feet, as live to air work is required
- Great ideas and a fantastic general knowledge
- Be a self-starter and also able to work in a team
- Be willing to work weekends and shifts, including early starts and late finishes
- An engaging, positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Have the ability to establish a wide range of contacts
- An open mind and willingness to develop your skills across a range of platforms
