Job Description
Family-owned, Roseville-based Commercial General Contractor is seeking a full time hands on Foreman / Carpenter. This is for a long-term employment opportunity.
Requirements
+ 5 years of experience in commercial construction, or related industry.
+ Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Skills related to commercial construction: understanding architectural & structural drawings specifically related to wood / metal stud framing, and concrete.
+ Standard work day of 8-hours, starting at 7am and working to 3:30pm doing physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions. Overtime will be paid for hours that exceed weekly limits per labor law standards.
+ Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds.
+ Lift, push or pull objects up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis.
