- SUMMARY This role will perform accounting tasks including processing of accounts payable/accounts receivables and general entries under direction and intercompany processing.Reports to:Accounting Manager: Rodrigo MirandaChief Financial Officer (All Star Seed U.S Entity): Fernando SantiagoESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESAccounts Payable
- Match purchase order forms and packing slips with vendor invoices, and record the necessary information
- Insure authorized approval of vendor invoices before payment
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- Code vendor invoices with general ledger account, department, sub-department per accounting department business rules
- Process vendor and internal payments and fund transfers utilizing checks and wire transfer request
- Record automatic payments as required
