A minimum of 1.5 years of exp. Must have the technical knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit (mandatory) &Photoshop. Must be good at art/photography. • Reporting to Sr. Architect • Should be capable of developing detailed designs of a project with a given basic layout/ ideas/ sketch • Responsible for handling individual projects assigned. • Should have good knowledge of working drawings/ detailed drawings/ all drawings required for construction purposes. Should be able to draft these drawings as well if required. • Should be able to delegate, assign work, and train Draughtsmen. • Should handle Vendors and contractors when required. • Should maintain good relationships with Civil Team and vendors/ contractors. • Responsible for providing required drawing to Civil Team for the assigned project. Technical Skills: MS Office, Auto Cad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and Any rendering software (Lumion) Salary range : INR 12,000 upto 15,000.
