- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and user journeys
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams for implementation
- Create mockups, wireframes, and flow diagrams to enhance requirement clarity and support design alignment
- Act as a key liaison between business, design, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
