**Responsibilities**:
Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Jr. Contracts Specialist to work for our company.
**Summary**:
- **Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government PUBLIC TRUST / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.** (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)**:
- Responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager in the administration, review, and coordination of company contracts.
- Assist with contract documentation, compliance tracking, and agreement processing, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, 1099 independent contractor agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract (SubK) agreements
- Provides foundational experience in contract lifecycle management within a government contracting environment.
