Overview:
Our client is seeking a Jr. Desktop Support resource to become a part of the Desktop Support Team.
Role:
-Provide desktop support for users with their PC’s, laptop and BlackBerry issues
-Repair/upgrade/support PC’s, Laptops and or Printers
-Provide excellent customer service to users with issues regarding hardware or software issues within assigned time frames
-Provide excellent customer service; patient, polite, courteous support in a patient and professional manner
