Insight Global is looking for a curious, craft driven Jr Designer to contribute to the creation and evolution of our client's brand design systems and AI-assisted creative workflows. This role is ideal for a designer with 1–3 years of professional experience who has strong foundational craft skills and a growing ability to think systemically across touchpoints. You will play an active role in developing brand identities, contributing to AI-enabled toolkits, and producing high-quality creative assets across physical and digital channels.
You will help balance design excellence, brand governance, and emerging AI tools—contributing to scalable, modern creative solutions that elevates Walmart’s brands at scale.
