The Junior Marketing Analyst supports data-driven marketing decisions by analyzing market trends, campaign results, and customer insights. Working closely with the Marketing Strategist, this role turns data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and contributes to the Strategy Track career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and targets
- Prepare reports and ROI analyses to support business and strategic decisions
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine targeting and messaging
- Support the Marketing Strategist in campaign planning, review, and optimization
