Robert Half is partnering with a close‑knit legal team in the Auburn / Lake Tapps area that’s looking for an Entry-Level File Clerk. This is a long‑term, fully on‑site role (Monday–Friday), and the team is moving quickly.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and maintain physical and electronic legal files, ensuring accuracy and organization
+ File, scan, copy, and index legal documents into the firm’s document management system
+ Retrieve and prepare files for attorneys, paralegals, and meetings as needed
+ Handle file tracking, archiving, and confidential record retention in compliance with firm policies

+ 1+ YOE with legal or administrative work.
