Job Description
- Prepare agenda of meetings with engineers, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Provide minutes of the meetings and disseminate to all relevant parties
- Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers’ progress billings before presenting to the owners
- Assist in facilitating building permits and other requirements
- Secure quotations and ensure accuracy of quotations
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders when needed
Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, with good academic standing
- Possession of or progress toward a relevant certification is a plus.
- At least one (1) year of experience as site engineer or architect in the construction or engineering industry.
