We are seeking a talented and motivated Jr Sous Chef specializing in Cold Kitchen to join our culinary team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Jr Sous Chef you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations focusing on the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, appetizers, and salads.
Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing the cold kitchen section
- Prepare and present high‑quality cold dishes including salads, appetizers, and desserts
- Develop and implement new menu items in collaboration with the culinary team
