Architectural Supervisor Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT) Office at City Hall, Working at Project Site - Kent Ridge Salary: $2800 to $4300 Requirements Diploma in Architecture At least 3 years relevant experience Job scope: Attend to all daily subcontractors meeting to discuss daily structure and architectural issues to meet the project target schedule. Check the site progress and safety compliance of the subcontractors and report the findings to the immediate superior and safety officer. Check the subcontractors' works are done accordance to the approved drawings/ details and take remedial actions for non-conformance. Equipped with the knowledge to conduct daily activities inspections with the project RE or RTO and take actions to clear their comments to ensure that the works are approved for commencement.
