Site Project Manager Working Days: 5.5days Working Timing: Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm & Sat 8am to 12:30pm Working Location: Woodlands Salary: $5,000 to $7,000 depending on experience The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies and the ability to work in both office and field settings. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Have Site Project Management Skills Experience in chiller & air conditioning system, ACMV & HVAC (M&E) Responsibilities & Duties Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts To able to work odd hours (if necessary) Meet with clients to clearly define and document their requirements and expectations for each project.
