Junior Accountant (Pretoria)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing creditors, debtors, VAT, financials, and cash flow, with hands-on experience in Xero accounting software. A strong ability to work independently and manage general administrative tasks is essential.
Responsibilities
- Creditors & Debtors Management: Process, reconcile and manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely payment of invoices and collections.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support the senior team in compiling accurate financial records.
- VAT & Compliance: Prepare and submit VAT returns. Ensure all tax filings and financial activities comply with statutory regulations.
