Job Description
Responsibilities
- Processes disbursements for non-trade suppliers and agencies.
- Regular assignment:
- Utilities
- Payroll
- Gasoline expenses
- Family expenses
- PCF Set-up & Replenishment
- Reports:
- Monitoring of billings and payments for utilities
- Payroll variances
- Payroll template/monitoring
Qualifications
- With Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting Information System
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of related experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Preferably with AP processing experience
- Knowledgeable in SAP
